Staff were accommodating to our concerns about excess noise of works done near our room and upgraded us. Management were excellent. Cannot compliment the management staff enough. Rianne and Tuen were very professional, calm, yet friendly and helpful. The breakfast range was not too great, food was often cold and not enough was given. Management should consider a buffet? |

Club Bamboo was a relaxing get away from the hustle and bustle. It was a bit far from the night life and beach. |

The place is very quiet and the atmosphere is very relaxing, however our intention is to spend time at the beach. This resort was far from the beach and we therefore have to check out the next day to look for a hotel near to the beach. Everything was nice |

the staff is nice, room is special and tailand tranditional stly, breakfast is nice. a bit far from beach, the bathroom was not such comfortable and cleaning,.. |

Hotel staff was always available and polite. Room was very clean and comfortable.Hotel shuttle to the beach every hour is very usefull since the hotel is not situated on the beach. Location of the hotel is a bit far from the beach (10-15 minutes by foot). |
